My favorite activity is working with clients/customers to help them find their perfect home; but I also enjoy a few others like working outside & playing ball with my 2 German Shepherds, Minnie & Mickey, on our 16 acre farm in Waverly Hall, Ga. Golfing, collecting guns & target shooting, raising chickens, collecting eggs and tending a huge vegetable garden are some of my other favorites. I love flying in planes so when Gail & I go on vacation trips, it usually includes a flight to get there!

When I am not working directly with clients/customers, I love keeping my friends, clients and customers informed thru my real estate and lifestyle blogs! Of course, I cherish spending time with my children and grandchildren, working in my sewing room on quilts & other projects & just being outside with Bob, the dogs, chickens, & watching the garden grow! I have a passion for cooking and enjoy experimenting with new recipes in my cook-friendly kitchen! Life is good…God is great!
Hello! My name is Alice Peters – I am Bob and Gail McLain’s assistant.  I work closely with this very successful real estate team to prepare the closing package for the sell or purchase of your home. This process can be complicated, and it is our goal to make it as seamless as possible from the moment you decided to buy or sell a home. I may never meet you, and I suppose it’s possible that I won’t even get the opportunity to speak with you, but I get very excited for you when your file shows up on my desk because of the big things happening for you and your family!  Our success is your success – and finishing strong is at the top of our to-do list!

I have two grown children, and three grandsons! I have many hobbies that keep me busy when I’m not working with this team like learning to play the cello, crocheting, and weaving! Also, my husband, Brett Peters, and I own a small leather craft business called Fortune Hole Farm that keeps us busy in our spare time; I guess you could say we love having many irons in the fire!!

One of our favorite hashtags is #NuncVivimus it means “Now live,” – life can be sweet and short, so do the thing…and live!
