TUB VS SHOWER???
-
Showers win everytime!
To instantly increase the value of the master bathroom in your home, remove the old tub and add a large tiled walk-in shower! Changing out toilets, sinks and light fixtures are also necessary! Adding a granite topped vanity is also a good investment. And if you have room for a double sink vanity, that is the way to go!
To brighten and enlarge the area, a fresh coat of paint on the walls to compliment the tile and granite in a light neutral color will do wonders. Yes, we said “neutral” paint. Please don’t use hot pink or baby blue…we are talking about a light grey or tan or eggshell white.
Don’t forget exhaust fans, towel & toilet paper bars, and the mirror!!
A framed mirror is a must in a well-lit bathroom so, either add a frame to an existing mirror or buy a pretty framed mirror on sale at Kirkland’s or Hobby Lobby. Now all you need is the finishing touches of pretty towels, soap dispensers, and tissue box.
BAM… you’re done! Looks AWESOME! And you get to enjoy it until your home sells!
